Project Overview
Dojo Class is a martial arts academy located in Barcelona.
It serves an average of 200 students a day and has 14 professional teachers in the discipline, 14 class assistants, and 5 people dedicated to the administrative area.
The factor that differentiates Dojo Class from the competition is its quality of teaching in various types of martial arts such as Karate, Kendo, Taekwondo, and Capoeira, as well as its excellent preparation for national and international tournaments. They also have personalised classes, in person or virtual.
Problem Statement
Dojo Class owns the domain dojoclass.es and they have it posted on their corporate stationery and on their social networks. However, they do not have a website. When entering the URL, the only thing that is seen is "site not found"
Additionally, Dojo Class has an internal use hours management system. What they do is answer the phone or in person, then manually enter the hours into their system. This generates a long process that takes valuable time from the administrative staff, just to digitise manually registered information.
The receptionist's room is always full, as people prefer to register in person because the phone is always busy..

Challenges
People who enter "dojoclass.es" to see basic information about the martial arts academy and they can reserve their individual in-person or virtual class hours, as well as to choose their different levels of experience such as beginner, intermediate, and advanced, thus releasing the time of the administrative staff, avoiding crowds in the reception room and making it easier for students to book classes.
